Travel Itinerary:
Travel to historical city of Yogyakarta with its Borobudur Temple from the island of Bali. Learn two different cultures, social life and people. Yogyakarta is linked by many Indonesia domestic flights from all over the archipelago and some international flights. One of the city that links Yogyakarta is Bali. Flights from Bali serves daily on regular base including Garuda Indonesia, Wings Air, Mandala Air, and Batavia Air.
Day 01 Arrive Bali.
Pickup at airport Bali International Airport of Denpasar Bali and transfer to hotel for overnight.
Day 02 Bali Travel at your pleasure (Breakfast)
The whole day is at your own arrangement.
Day 03 Travel from Bali to Yogyakarta. (Breakfast)
Leaving Bali by flight to Yogyakarta.
Arrive and transfer to your hotel for overnight.
Day 04 Yogyakarta and Borobudur Tour (Breakfast, Lunch)
Breakfast at hotel. A full day Yogyakarta sightseeing tour visiting Borobudur Temple and some other nearby temples, Prambanan Temple, and other tourist attraction in Yogyakarta.
Borobudur Temple is one of the biggest Budhist Temples in the world and is one of the 7 world wonders. The temple was related to Mahayana tradition, built between 750 and 850 CE by the Javanese rulers of the Sailendra dynasty. Borobudur Temple is located in the Central Java Province on Magelang Regencies, around 40 kilometers north west of Yogyakarta. It is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Indonesia.
Borobudur was built as a single large stupa and has nine levers with 118 meters on each side. Borobudur is still a place of prayer and pilgrimage. It offers an amazing and breathtaking views overlooking the surrounding areas with its green tropical rain forest.
Travel from Yogyakarta to Borodubur is around an hour drive through magnificent views of rice paddies, tropical plantations and the villages.
Day 05 Yogyakarta Departure (Breakfast)
Transfer to airport for flight back to Bali. Arrive and transfer to hotel for overnight.
Day 06 Bali Departure (Breakfast)
Breakfast. Transfer to airport for your onward travel destination.
