• All special rates are quoted in US Dollars unless specified with other
  currencies
• The rates on this booking directory are valid for any reservation made
  through www.hotels68.com NOT valid for booking to other resources
• All rates are including tax and service charges

ROOM RATES

• Hotel Special Room Rates are quoted per room per night
• Super Promo Rates are quoted per room per package
• Tours, sightseeing, spa Rates are per person per item of tour
• Car Rental Rates are per car per day of 10 hours unless specified

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

• Full Prepayment will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation
• The US Dollars Currency will be converted into Indonesia Rupiah (IDR)
  using the exchange rate on the time the credit card payment is processed
• The billing company on your invoice is PT. DIRGANTARA BALI DWIPA TOURS. A valid credit card is required for a full prepayment of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. Low Seasons
   One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 14 days
   prior to arrival date
   Two (2) nights charge for cancellation within 7 days
2. High & Peak Season Period
   One night room charged for any cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival
   date
   Three (3) nights charge for cancellation within 21 days before arrival
3. During Christmas, Special Event and New Year
   One night room charged for any cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival
   date
   FULL NIGHT charge for cancellation within 21 days before arrival

Early Check Out
Early check out will be charged two nights room value during normal season
and full nights room charge during high/peak season

REQUEST FOR REFUND

• Request for refund will be accepted if the cancellation is made beyond of
  the above policies.
• Administration fee will be applied at 3% for any approved refund request.
