I was stranded in the lift on the nite of 07/07/07 after a wedding dinner at the Roxy Room at level 4. There is also no network coverage when I tried calling from inside the lift to inform my relatives who are waiting for me outside.I also understand from the hotel staff that the service man is only coming from Changi and not from the hotel itself. As I was allergic to the MSG used by your hotel in the food, I was feeling very uncomfortable inside the lift. This really surprised me to know that your hotel does not have a maintenance staff to look into emergencies like this one. A response is most appreciated by someone in the higher management. Thank You
