The separate villas each have their own private access and are all located very close to the beach. This area is still very traditional in comparison to what you will find just ten minutes south in the Seminyak area. This gives you the advantage of a very quiet area with traditional sights such as Paddy fields and local villagers around the quiet streets outside the villa compound whilst begin located very close to the vibrant and sophisticated scene of Seminyak which is a great place to dine and shop. The separate villas at Bali Island Villas are all presented extremely well with modern décor as well as daring and grand designs which are combined with Balinese traditional design, the effect is staggering and intimate as well as offering some of the Balinese true color schemes of earthy shades grays and oranges. All of the villas are one bedrooms set-up which is an interesting concept limiting the villas to couples and singles, this gives the compound the feeling youth and residential living beyond the realms of many of the mixed size villas. The villas are essentially designed around the same plan but there have been subtle adjustments to each in order to merge into the landscape and scenery incorporating the natural locations of trees plants and ponds in the area.
