Barong Dance & Kintamani Tour

Tour Description and Information:
A full day tour visiting the most magnificent mount view of Kintamani overlooking the stunning view of Lake and Mount Batur. En route visit Celuk famous for its silver and gold works, Mas Village for fine woodcarvings, Goa Gajah the elephant cave from an old century, holy spring water temple in Tampak Siring.

Pick up the guest from hotel and drive to Batu Bulan. It takes up to 45 minutes from hotels on the southern part of Bali.
Visit Batu Bulan to watch the Barong Dance. Batu Bulan is one of the tourist objects in Bali located Gianyar Regency. It is famous of stone carvings and is a place where you can watch one of the traditional Balinese dances, Barong Dance. This dance tells us the story of the fighting between the goodness and the badness spirits.

Proceed to Celuk. Celuk Village has a gamelan orchestra organization for religious activities purpose in the temple and has collection of artworks such gold and silver.
Continue to Batuan as an artist village of Balinese craftsmen. It was the original home of the Batuan style of paintings and is now dominated by larges galleries exhibiting pictures from all Balinese painting style.

The next place to visit is Goa Gajah (Elephant cave). It is a Hindus monastery built around 11th century in T shape letter featuring waterspouts in front of the temple. After Goa Gajah then continue the journey to Tampak siring, is historical place with an old Hindu temple, called of Tirta Empul. Tampak Siring means angle sole of foot.

Drive up to Kintamani for lunch. It is your time for lunch enjoying the fabulous view of Mount and Lake Batur.
Mount Batur is one of the most striking volcanoes on the Island of Bali and has four craters of its own. Mount Batur has 1717m/5633 feet above sea level. Batur Lake is nestled on the east foot of Mount Batur and is especially sacred to the Balinese.

After lunch drive down to Tegal Lalang, a famous for its woodcarvings and beautiful rice paddies.
