Denpasar is the provincial capital of Bali, located on the southern part of
the island. The special city covers the area of 123,98 square kilometers with
total population of around 600.000 people. It is the center of government,
education, business and commercial activities . The strategic location makes the
economic growth is faster than other parts of Bali.
Bali International Airport is just 30 minutes drive from Denpasar.

South Denpasar
Tourism industry in Denpasar is the main sources of the area and
the provincial income. Tourist attraction and places to visit include
Puputan Badung Monument, Art Center, Bali Museum, Maos Pahit Temple, Agung
Jagatnatha Temple, Pengerebongan Temple, Sakenan Temple, Sanur Beach, Badung Art
and Traditional Market, and Le Mayeur Museum. Travel around Denpasar is
easy as you can find public transportation such as " bemo ", taxi, and "ojek"
(private motor bike transport with the rider).
